How long does my order take?
Each item is printed to order. Most pieces are printed, checked and posted within 3–5 working days, plus An Post delivery. If you need something for a specific date, tell us in the order notes and we’ll do our best.
How do I add personalisation?
Each personalised product’s page tells you what we need (a name, a date, a colour choice). Enter it in the fields on the product page or in the notes at checkout. We’ll confirm by email before printing if anything is unclear.
What are the items made of?
Most pieces are printed in PLA or PETG — sturdy, lightweight modern plastics. Decorative items are best kept away from direct heat sources; we note any special care on the product page.
Do you deliver outside Ireland?
At the moment we ship within Ireland only. If you’re elsewhere and really want something, email us and we’ll see what’s possible.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised items can’t be resold, so we can’t accept change-of-mind returns on them — but if anything arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll reprint or refund it. See Shipping & Returns.
Are your items suitable for small children?
Our products are decorative and household items, not toys. They can contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3.
