These are the terms you agree to when ordering from DB Gifts (dbgifts.deedin.space), a shop operating from Ireland. Plain-English summary of the important parts:
- Made to order. Items are manufactured after you order. Typical dispatch is 3–5 working days; timelines on the site are estimates, not guarantees.
- Personalisation. You’re responsible for the accuracy of names, dates and text you submit — we print exactly what you enter. We’ll reprint free of charge if we make the error.
- Returns. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are reprinted or refunded. Non-personalised items: 14-day change-of-mind returns, unused, buyer pays return postage. Personalised/custom items are exempt from change-of-mind returns under EU distance-selling rules.
- Not toys. Products are decorative and household items, unsuitable for children under 3.
- Custom work. We only print designs you own or that are licensed for commercial printing.
- Prices are in euro. We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged or itemised.
