Shipping
We currently ship within Ireland. Items are printed to order — most orders are posted within 3–5 working days via An Post, and you’ll get an email when yours is on the way. Shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Returns & problems
Damaged or wrong items: if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll reprint or refund it — whichever you prefer. That applies to everything, personalised or not.
Change of mind: non-personalised items can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; return postage is yours. Personalised items are made for you alone and can’t be resold, so we can’t accept change-of-mind returns on them (this is the standard exception for custom-made goods under EU consumer rules).
